Curtain Rod Shelves Can A Landlord Remove His Light Fixtures, Shelves, Curtains & Built-ins From A Rented Home?

Can a landlord remove his light fixtures, shelves, curtains & built-ins from a rented home? - curtain rod shelves

I was a tenant in a house about a year and the owner of a piece of paper he had just picked up some furniture for the holidays - we look like a wardrobe and a desk that had been there 13 months behind him. No problem there with us. Always pay the rent on time and not at all disturbed. He lives 1500 miles away.

However, if we, went, we found that the bulbs in the runway had been removed, integrated speakers, curtains and curtain rods, shelves were small, that in the rooms and bathrooms have been planted, bathroom mirror, all the shelves in the garage, the high-organizers of the Cabinet, and even integrated into the seats on the deck. None of us who was on the shelf and simply thrown on the floor. We can not have the garage, because they were all stored there, and was piled on the floor. Some that are very difficult and we had put in motion on the market. Then we have a note that we have the house because it is listed for sale on the market clean.

The owners haveDeposit for the demolition of the tenant's lease agreement to protect, but what happens when a tenant, the landlord needs to hype?

Also do you think is better for us to get more rent ASAP - we have to be from month to month - and be quiet or interesting to bring about our reduced rent or reimbursement. Revenge ($) would be nice, but someone to sell the beautiful lighting and furniture to try to Rip a home is probably the drug or an untreated mental illness. I do not want anyone in my family!

ps I promise you that only the income from a professional property manager from now on.
